FOIS Limited is a subsidiary of Carlow Trading Limited a privately owned Group of companies. The Group trades in data cabling and similar services. 

Originally formed in 1990,the Company was taken over by Richard Finlay,who became the MD in 2006.

To assist in meeting these objectives the company operates a quality assurance system to the requirements of BS ISO 9001:2000 and TQAB/TQAS/3.

In 2008 the Company achieved the Environmental Management Standard ISO14001.
